This project started by an impression made upon my heart ten years ago in Kakuma, Kenya. I thought that, should I find opportunity to be able to translate the Bible into my native language Dinka, I would through the help of the God of heaven. I am personally from South Sudan. I am a Dinka speaker among the sub-tribe called Dinka Rek, which is the Southwestern Dinka group. The whole Dinka with five sub-tribes within it understand each other with few differences in words.
